Enable the safesearch for google image and it will be make your search clean which avoids adult content in search results . Every one has facing this issue when your searching for an image suddenly an adult content displays so it will be a big problem too when your with your parents 
. So Just enable the safe search in Google images and avoid this problem

That was a nice video tutorial. I honestly didn’t know about the safe search feature. Now this would be a great help not only for us to have a safe search when someone’s around but also for parents to keep these adult images from popping when their young children uses their pc or laptop.
I agree, this is an important thing to know, especially when it comes to children seeing inappropriate content.

Google does show really inappropriate pics in image search
There is a lot of images in google all you need to do is just type what picture you wanted to search.
Oftentimes, I’m seeing irrelevant images when I’m doing my image search online. That’s why it is reasonable if I use a more advance feature of doing my image search. Thanks for reminding me!
