windows xp

windows xp is famous OS founded by microsoft corporation. Large user groups are still using the xp these days too. since our data is stored so we need to backup the data present in the computer. Taking backup the data into the cd’s, external hard disk is a old trick. i found a new trick , there is a inbuilt option inside the xp OS . if we use the trick the entire data is backup without any cd’s , external hard disk.

Backup the data

  • No need of other software to backup the data present in windows xp
  • Go To All Programs -> Accessories  -> system tools ->system restore
  • so you have to create a restore point , give name to the restore point and you can see the date of the restore point you have created.
  • After creating the restore point you are done. The entire data is backup.

Restore the data

  • For restoring the data you have created you have to do following process
  • Go To All Programs -> Accessories  -> system tools ->system restore
  • so you have to click option “Restore my computer on earlier time “
  • After clicking the options , a calender you can see and restore points created with the names and dates.
  • so click on the restore point you need and finally your system will goto restart mode and all the restoring of data takes place
  • by using this method no need of cd’s , external devices too
  • Its best and easy way to restore all data in the windows xp.

Create Restore points weekly since it will help you in future.
